Courses and Workshops in the Alexander Technique Working in a group allows you to share the experience of learning in a social context, as you learn alongside others. Courses: (maximum 16) give an opportunity for learning over a sustained period with a basic course of ten lessons (15 - 20 hours) continuing on to a further course for those that want to take their learning further in a group context. Workshops: can be designed to the needs of an organisation or group.
